Keeping a Job Coping Strategies Create a Coping Plan
Have you identified some specific strategies that will work for you? If so, you are ready to create your Coping Plan. If you have not yet identified some strategies that will work, remember you can complete the What Relaxes You? Worksheet or review the Be proactive, not reactive! When you are already upset, that is not the time to learn your coping plan. Instead, you should practice your coping plan when you are at home and not stressed.
